ウッドと赤を基調とした空間がモダンなうしごろバンビーナさん、恵比寿ヒルトップ店は、線路沿いの坂を上った落ち着いたエリアのビルにあります。
霜降りも美しい赤身の和牛が特徴のお店です。
「たべごろコース」をいただきました。
前菜でキムチナムルにつづく、
ローストユッケ、トマトモツ煮、タンのデミグラスソースが、ビストロ風で美味しい。
大判のサーロインは贅沢。卵とお米ですき焼き風にいただくのもモダンです。
メインとデザートは4種からプリフィクスできるのも嬉しい。
カレーライスコーヒープリンをチョイス。
コスパとオリジナリティの高い焼肉のコースで楽しかったです。
ドリンクは、ソムリエ厳選ワインの白・赤をオーダー。イタリアのシャルドネとサンジョベーゼをセレクトされていました。
