見た目からも分かる綺麗で細かい霜降りがとっても美しい…
適度な塩気でさっぱりと食べられる生ハムはワインとよく合います

"BBB"はもともと渋谷のバンビーナにあったバルで出していたものだそう…！
しかし、コロナで閉じてしまったためにこのハンバーガーも食べられなくなっていたが恵比寿でなんと復活!!
パンの方にもガーリックのソースが染み込み、お肉もジューシーで食べ応え抜群の逸品でした

タンは、噛みごたえの弾力あるお肉で、味付けがしっかり付いています。
周りの胡麻と相まって食欲をそそる美味さ、、、
