普段はフレンチ系にいくことが多いのでthe トラットリアという感じの明るく少し騒がしい店内が気楽でした。
クスクスとパスタは絶品なので外さないでほしいです。前菜のとうもろこしのクリームは夏らしさを感じられて良かった
パスタはカニクリームのブジャーテ。トルネード形状になったパスタにソースがよく絡む絡む。感動。
クスクスは種類が多くて悩んだためおすすめのラムのものに。シナモンの香りがふわっと香りクミンやその他スパイスの香りがとてもエスニック。ソムリエさんがあいますよと教えてくださった微発砲赤ワインとの相性が最高でした。
マグロのピスタチオソースはどこかで食べたことあるような感じでした。
店員さんはとても忙しそうで丁寧な接客を求める時には向かなさそうです。
