しゃぶしゃぶを食べてみようと思い入店。しかし入った1階は焼肉店でしゃぶしゃぶ店は2階だった。2階は今いっぱいで空席がないとのことで1階で食べることにした。メニューを見ると焼肉以外にも「海鮮ピリ辛ちゃんぽん」があるのを見てそれを注文。
ランチはスープ、サラダ、ライス（白米の他、十六穀米もある）がおかわり自由。
スープは“ 牛骨コーンスープ ”。牛骨と具沢山にだいこん、にんじん、コーンが入ったクリーミーで優しい味。美味しくておかわりしてしまった。
サラダはレタス中心のシンプルなサラダ。さっぱりしたドレッシングが美味しくてこれもおかわりしてしまった。
ライスは十六穀米をチョイス。
海鮮ピリ辛ちゃんぽんは石鍋で熱々にして出てくる。ホルモン、牡蠣、イカ、野菜等が具沢山。スープの味は海鮮よりホルモンの味が勝っている。もう少し海鮮の味がするといいな。野菜がまろやかな味にしている。ぜんぜん辛くないと思ったが口に入れてあとからほんの少しピリ辛な味を感じる。次回食べる時はもう少し辛めにしてもらおうかな。
焼き小籠包は美味しかったが少し油っぽくも感じた。小籠包はやはり蒸しの方がいいのかな。
ランチはプチデザートもついていて、今回は「 ムースのブルーベリーソース添え 」だった。甘さ控えめでなめらかでやわらかい。チーズケーキのような味がした。
このランチは結構ボリュームがありお腹いつぱいになった。コスパもよくいいランチだった。
ごちそうさまでした。
今度は2階のしゃぶしゃぶも食べてみたいし、その次には1階の焼肉も食べてみたいと思います。
