個室的には好きでランチタイムなども良く利用している店舗さんなのでワクワクです✨

玉締めしぼり胡麻油を使ったチョレギサラダ 780円

やっぱり30日間熟成KINTANは美味しい！！普通のネギ塩牛タンでも良かったかもだけど久しぶりに食べると牛タンの旨味が濃縮されてる感じがまた美味しかった！
カルビもこのトロトロの生肉の感じがたまらない！脂が乗ってていい感じのおいしさだし、飛騨牛ハラミはしっかりハラミらしい肉の旨味が詰まってて噛めば噛むほど肉汁と旨味が口の中いっぱいに広がり激美味〜っ！！✨
あと、フォアグラとトリュフの石焼ビビンバ！1人で来た時はやはり量がそこそこあるので頼めなくて、、、今回は久しぶりに食べる事ができました！笑
贅沢にトリュフとフォアグラが使われていてとっても美味しいー！！フォアグラはそのまま食べても美味しいけど少し焼肉のタレをちょんちょんとつけて食べるとめっちゃいい感じ！フォアグラのソテー食べてるみたいになって美味しいし、贅沢すぎるよね✨
久しぶりに行く事が出来て大満足！ご馳走様でした！
