外観も内観も和の最高級な雰囲気です。
高級食材で全体的に薄味ですが、手間暇をかけているのがわかる素材が生きた味でとても美味しいです。
特に伊勢海老ご飯の調味料ではない、素材の味をしっかり感じれるお気に入りの一品です。
この店ですすめてくれる日本酒が本当に美味しくて、ついつい飲みすぎました。
出汁が本当に優しく美しいです、この出汁の一口で全ての料理が美味しいと確信します。
