遠出をするので電車内で食べようとテイクアウトにしたけど、出発まで時間があるのでやっぱり戻ってイートインに。
フランス産小麦粉100%とフランスの硬水を使って、フランスの店舗と同じ味を再現。というバゲットとクロワッサンが人気らしいので、
・クロワッサン オ ブリー
サクサクでバター香るクロワッサンに、ハムとブリーチーズが贅沢に。
おおっ、これがフランス産の小麦か、違いはまだわからないけど、分かるのはめちゃくちゃ美味しいってこと。
・フィユテ
フランスパンの生地のクロワッサンらしい。
バター感たっぷりでおやつにちょうど良いやつ。
時間が時間なだけに、選ぶほど種類がなかった。
次はもっと早い時間に来てバゲットのサンドを食べたい。
