お昼ごはん
■黒毛和牛ハンバーグ 和風おろしセット¥1,250（税込）
恵比寿駅東口から徒歩6〜7分ほどの場所にある焼肉店『BeefGarden 恵比寿（ビーフガーデン）』。人気ラーメン店『ちょろり』らへん。
平日ランチタイムに訪問。先客は2組。ランチメニューは、焼肉店らしく、ハンバーグやステーキ、肉丼、ビビンバ、クッパなど豊富。
注文したのは、「黒毛和牛ハンバーグ」。ソースは、和風おろし・濃厚卵黄つけダレ・自家製デミグラスの3種類から、和風おろしでお願いしました。
12〜13分で到着。セットには、サラダ・ナムル・スープ・白ごはん付き。ごはんの大盛りは無料みたいです。
ハンバーグは、焼肉と同じ一頭買いした産地直送の黒毛和牛の、赤身部位とサーロインを使用とのこと。大根おろしがこんもりと盛られているのが印象的。表面はしっかり焦げ目をつけて焼かれているのでカリカリ。中はほどよくレアめ。大根おろしに醤油をかけていただきましたが、ソースの辛みと酸味が強め。もう少し控えめにしたほうが、売りであるハンバーグの旨みを味わえそう。
恵比寿界隈でこのセットで¥1250なら妥当。¥1100で食べられるステーキ丼もなかなか美味しそうで、気になるところ。
