2023年二度目の火曜日、12時半。
ヱビスビール記念館前すぐの”ちょろり”に向かうと、冷たい風が吹く中、数名の行列。
根性がないので、すぐ移動。(笑)
通りに出る直前で、こちらの立て看板メニューを発見。
いつものランチ難民を回避するべく、迷うことなく入店。
穴場的立地からなのか、二組のみの先客。
ベビーカーに小さなお子さまを乗せた若いご夫婦と、ご近所のサラリーマン二人連れ。
前情報なしでの入店につき、メニューを眺める。
オーダーしたのは、
■ BeefGarden特製 黒毛和牛ハンバーグ
(自家製デミグラス)
【ご飯スープサラダ小鉢付】シングル(1枚)：1,250円
■ サッポロ黒ラベル 生 (中ジョッキ)、660円。
すぐに生が到着。
お膝元につき、もちろんロゴ入りです。
グラスと泡を見れば、その管理クオリティが判ります。
15分ほどで到着。
鉄鍋でグツグツ言っています。
サラダとナムル、ワカメスープが添えられています。
焼肉屋のセットという感じ。
ステーキ屋カテゴリーでありながら、テーブルのセンターが物語る、焼肉屋の養素からこのランチなのか。
サラダのドレッシングが旨い。
これで呑もう。
ナムルのオイルが旨い。
味は濃くないが、旨味がたっぷり。
これで呑もう。
と言いつつ、”いつも通り”にこの二品で白飯を平らげ、メインはビールで。
和風おろしハンバーグは表面がカリッと仕上げられているが、デミグラハンバーグは、馬見を閉じ込めたあとふんわりと煮込んでいる様子。
素材のミルキーさと柔かさ、閉じ込められた肉汁を開放して完成した濃厚デミグラが、鉄鍋でグツグツ言って仕上がった絶品。
これはイケる！
あとはビールで堪能。
