イスラム教徒の人たちにとってはありがたい店だろう。ハラル認証を取ったラーメンを提供しているの希少な店なのだ。
実際入店するといかにもそちらのお国の若者で狭い店内は賑わっていた。これは外で待ちかなと思ったら２階に案内された。壁には一面の色紙。マレー語かインドネシア語と思しき寄せ書きもあり、この店がいかに喜ばれているかがうかがえる。
注文したのは鶏白湯ラーメン(1,100円)、それに煮卵のトッピング(150円)を付けた。連れは魚介つけ麺(1,200円)。
白湯麺のスープはクリーミーと言っていいくらい濃厚で味の濃さもちょうどいい。チャーシューはもちろん鶏ハムね。暑さは7〜8ミリはあるだろうか。これはなかなかの食べ応え。面白いのは細長い紅白の練り物で、何となく東南アジアの屋台を思い出す。ナルトの代わりかな。
ムスリムの友人がいる人はぜひ連れて行ってあげてほしい。店が入っている建物には他にも美味そうな店が色々。訪ねてみる価値はありますぞ。
