こちら、恵比寿駅から徒歩だと15分から20分程かかるので、初訪問の際はタクシーがおすすめです。
なかなか通りがかりで見つけるのは難しそうな立地です。
この日は、8人でカウンターで貸切会をしました。
L字になっているカウンターです。
店主はとっても気さくな方で
私たちが女子トークをしていたら、
すかさずツッコミを入れてくれ、とても
ノリの良い、距離感の心地よい方でした。
おつまみが色々でてくるのが嬉しいです。
旬のお魚のおつまみが出てくるので日本酒が進みます。
白魚を生で食べるのは本当に美味しいですね。
蛸も美味しかったです。
あん肝も濃厚な味わいでした。
スープに入っているのは最初うどんかと思いましたが
白魚をゆでたものになるそうです。
初めて食べた食感でした。とても柔らかいです。
握りは、シャリはさっぱりしていて
握りも小ぶりのため、
女性でも無理なくコースを頂けます。
白身魚、赤みも出てきます。
海老の身がかなりしっかりしていて食べ応え抜群でした。
ミニウニ丼も美味しく頂きました。
お味噌汁は、海鮮系の出汁でさっぱりと
頂けました。
とても満足のいくコースでした。
また伺いたいです。
