ある団体のセミナー、懇親会を終え、別にでかけてた夫と連絡取り合っていると、娘から連絡あり。いもアテにならないので、娘の夕食はとりあえず考慮外として行動していますが、「仕事終わった、2人は夕飯は？」と聞いてきた。
タイムツリーで我々の予定は共有してあるので、外にいることは承知の上での連絡。つまりこれは、タイミングと今いる場所で折り合いがつけば、何か食べさせて！というメッセージ。
私と娘は恵比寿で待ち合わせることにして、候補の店をいくつか送りました。その中で、娘が選んできたのがこちら。点心という気分だったよくです。
トマトとザーサイをアテに青島ゴールド(初めて)を半分ずつ。すぐに甕出し紹興酒に移行し、皿ワンタン、小籠包、大根餅、頂湯焼売をサクサク食べ進めます。
頂湯焼売は名物、というだけあってスープたっぷりで美味しい。大根餅、実はあまり好きじゃないけど、こちらのものは表面カリカリで香ばしくて良かった。
あと1品追加しようと、娘が選んだのは酢豚。変わり映えしないチョイスですが、いつもは黒酢選択が多いところ今回は赤酢というところだけ一捻り。こちら、お肉の揚げ方がすごくカリッカリッ。これは好みが分かれると思いますが、私は苦手。味も甘すぎ。
娘もちょうどお腹いっぱいになってきたこのタイミングで、夫から近くのお馴染みシャンパンバーに到着、との連絡かあり、そちらへ合流のため、これで終了。
西麻布真不同よりカジュアルに、点心がたくさん楽しめて、とても良かった。なかなか置いていない鳥爪や豚スペアリブの豆豉蒸しなんかもあるので、またゆっくり来てみたいお店でした。
