About 5 minutes walk from the west exit of Ebisu Station. When you go up to the second floor of a building with many restaurants, you will be right inside the store. The interior of the store is stylish, with white as the main color. The restaurant has a bar-like atmosphere with no smell of Chinese oil at all, so when I looked around, I saw that there were a lot of people going on dates and girls' night out. This time, I had reserved the peony course, and as soon as I sat down, the staff was very kind, explaining the course thoroughly and confirming food items you do not like like. [Chinese Tapas] CINA salad with celery and red radish, pot-pot chicken, Sichuan drool chicken, shredded jellyfish and cilantro salad, seasonal appetizers, and tapas that will make you want a second helping of everything. I especially liked the celery and red radish salad. I'm not a big fan of celery, but it has been processed to leave just the crunchiness without the harsh celery aroma. I feel like it's elaborate. I wanted to keep it on hand at home, so I wanted a recipe. [Spring rolls made with seasonal ingredients] Spring rolls filled with shrimp. [Chicken chicken stir-fried with Japanese pepper and chili peppers] Super delicious! The numbing sensation of Japanese pepper in the fried chicken whets your appetite. [Rich egg crab balls] This is also very delicious! The eggs have a deep color and flavor. I can't get enough of the gentle taste after stir-frying Japanese pepper and chili peppers. [Sweet and sour pork with aged black vinegar] Sweet and sour pork made with only pork. Sweet and sour pork has a stronger sweetness than sourness, but it has a good balance, and since it is made with black vinegar, it has a very mellow taste, which I love. [Sichuan pepper mapo tofu or sesame-scented dandan noodles] Honestly, you can't choose between mapo tofu and dandan noodles! Both are the best Chinese menus. The mapo tofu was quite spicy and delicious. The dandan noodles were also so good that I could drink up the soup. [Dessert] Sakura ice cream. Overall, I was satisfied with the Chinese 100 Famous Restaurants. Although there are many items, the portions are not large, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors little by little. By the time you get to the end, you'll be full. Hot pot seems to be very popular here, so I was hesitant when making a reservation, but I think Hot pot is definitely delicious.
