食べログ2023 TOKYO カレー百名店 受賞
代官山のビストロ『Ata』の掛川シェフが手掛けるスパイスカレー Good Luck Curry |
振替休日で平日休みの日に訪れました。
場所は恵比寿駅から線路沿いを歩いて5分程度、路地を入った少し落ち着いた場所にありました。鮮やかな水色の扉が目印になっています。
スパイスカレーがこのお店の看板メニューで、2種類のカレーが用意されています。今回はあいがけカレー(1400円)を選択。
ちなみに夜の時間帯はバーとしても営業しているので他にもメニューがあるそうです。
今回のカレーはポークビンダルーとムール貝のサグカレー。
5分ほど待って到着したのは色とりどりの野菜と2種のカレーが乗ったワンプレート。
ポークビンダルーがライスの脇に、サグは器に入っています。
ポークの方は爽やかな酸味に豚肉のまろやかな旨味が合わさっており、時折フライドオニオンの香ばしさも感じられて深い味わいがあります。
サグの方はムール貝とカレーの組み合わせというのが今まで自分自身経験がなかったのですが、シンプルかつ貝の美味しさが溶け込んでいてなめらかな辛さが落ち着く感じでした。
いずれのカレーも時々スパイスが口の中で弾けてふわっと広がっていく感覚が楽しくて食べ飽きない一皿でした。
付け合わせの野菜も種類豊富で、蓮根ときゅうりが特に美味しかったです。ゴーヤで季節感を感じられたのもgood。
恵比寿の落ち着いた雰囲気でお洒落なカレーを楽しめて気分も上がるお店でした。
