・合鴨のラグーカレー ディルミント
細かい合鴨ミンチのラグーがご飯と相性良く、ディルとミントの爽やかさが鼻を抜けます。
辛さは控えめで後からふわっと、クセのない食べやすい味わい。
・スルメイカのトマトカレー＆モッツァレラチーズ
一口目から感じるイカの旨み！
それをほんのりトマトの旨味が底上げしてくれるコク旨な味わい。
イカ身にモッツァレラチーズ、フライドガーリックのアクセントも良く、ついついスプーンが進みます。
野菜に副菜と彩りも豊か！
副菜が全て納豆の様な発酵の香りがしたのが印象的でした。
珍しく温かい日に伺ったので、しっかりスパイスチャージできてよかったです✨
