今回はコース料理を求め恵比寿のお店を予約✨
開店と同時に入りましたが、
すぐに予約で満席です。
人気なのお店のようで、
若者が多く利用しているようです✨
コース料理を予約したので提供を待ちます。
入って思いましたが、
とにかくサービスと雰囲気が良いですね。
乾杯のスパークリングワインと一緒に前菜のチーズ
を頂きます。トマトが添えてありますが、
とても合います。
次に鮮魚のカルパッチョと生ハムとフルーツ、
エビのシーザー仕立て、
どれも新鮮で身がしっかりして美味しいです。
炎のカルボナーラはテーブルで調理します。
調理は説明付きで映えますね。
濃厚なチーズとトリュフの相性が良いです。
メインは牛フィレのロティとオマール海老のグリル
お肉の焼き加減も抜群、
エビも大ぶりなのに、風味も良くとても美味しい
本当大満足のメインです。
デザートはホールケーキ
コーヒーか紅茶も提供もあります。
デザートは小ぶりなものも良くありますが、
このお店は本格的なケーキ
どの一品とっても全て美味しく、
サービスも良いので大満足なコース料理でした。
人気なのがわかりますね。
今度は他のコースも頼んでみたいと思います。
