恵比寿駅を代官山方面に出て、坂を登る途中に現れるイタリアン
ここの先の鮨屋へ行く際に何度か通り掛かったこちら「Cheese Tavern CASCINA」訪問時；3.49
前に訪問した知り合いに聞いても評判が良かったので、10日程前に予約して訪問
17:30開始の前に着いちゃったので、向のファミマで珈琲飲んで待ってると・・

更にこちらは、チーズで出来た器にアルコールを入れて点火、消えた後に出来たてパスタを入れて
熱で溶けたチーズを絡めてくれます。

17:30 Open時には他に１組しか居なかったのに、19:00頃には殆ど満席に・・
背後の厨房を見ると、3名のシェフが客席を見ながら調理してるのが見えます。
なので、皿が空きそうになると・・次の準備を初めて間髪入れずに次が提供されます。
但し混んでくると大変そう
各料理にちゃんとチーズが入ってて、最初から最後までとろける食感でした。
チーズの質も高いので、チーズ好きには楽園の様なお店です。
もう一品頼もうと思ったものの、4品で腹パンでした。 結構なVolです
合わせるワインは、チャートに番号が振ってあって好みのナチュールをチョイスできます
