I visited here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend who loves Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It's in a great location right across the crosswalk from the west exit of Ebisu Station, but it's on the 6th floor of the building, so you might miss it if you don't know about it. The wall next to the entrance is filled with a surprisingly large number of famous people's autographs. I think this is the first time I've seen a sign of this size. The interior doesn't look like a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, in a good way, but rather resembles a stylish nighttime cafe. I was surprised to hear that everything was handmade by Omoni! It's fun just to look at the art flowers carefully ♪ The friendly owner spoke cheerfully to me, and I ordered based on her recommendations.・Assorted Namul I'm interested in the signature kimchi, but I don't like spicy food, so I chose namul. Each dish is elegant and exquisitely seasoned, perfect for resting your chopsticks!・Carpaccio-style green onion mucin loin A must-try dish from USON's original menu. Muchin apparently means "to be dressed with," and two kinds of green onions that have been specially mixed are wrapped in meat and then grilled quickly. The chef will carefully wrap the meat. (I'm glad it's a bit difficult to do by yourself, lol) If you lightly grill the whole thing and eat it with the sauce, the flavor will fill your mouth! The nice texture of the green onions and the tenderness of the meat are exquisite, so it's no wonder it's a signature dish.・Excellent large-sized sirloin A piece of meat with beautiful marbling is quickly grilled and mixed with egg yolk for a bite of rice. The meat is so big that you won't be able to fill your mouth with one bite, and it's extremely soft and melts in your mouth. Lastly, wrap the rice with the meat for maximum palatability! !・Shinshin I often eat Shinshin, which has a good balance of fat, but this one is on a different level. If you grill it slowly over low heat, the fat will gradually melt and it will be at its best. The spiciness of the wasabi gave it a refreshing taste. By this point I was pretty full, so I moved on to dessert.・Kuromitsu Kinako Vanilla Ice cream was served with piping hot tea ♪ The menu itself looked like an ordinary Ice cream, but the overall balance was so good that I could eat it in one go! It was no wonder that a friend recommended it to me, and I was very satisfied with everything.They also have many rare cuts, so you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) to your heart's content.
