On this day, we went drinking around Ebisu. As I was wandering around looking for the next store, I found a store that caught my attention called "EBISU HIGHBALL BAR." I decided to go and try it right away. The inside of the store is quite clean and the interior is quite stylish, with shelves lined with whiskey. It's surprisingly deep and has a lot of seating. [b:■3-drink comparison set (990 yen)] Since it's a highball restaurant, I naturally expected a highball, but TOKYO Sumidagawa Brewing was on the menu, so I ordered it. The drink comparison set includes three types: Golden Ale, Fragrant Weizen, and Kölsch Style. [b:■Mochimochi Neapolitan (690 yen)] I was hesitant about the many elaborate dishes on the menu, but I was drawn to the word "mochimochi" and ordered this. It has a lot of ingredients, and the seasoning is excellent and delicious. I was a little disappointed that there was no Tabasco. [b:■Raw chocolate and marshmallow dessert pizza (650 yen)] I was also attracted by the menu name and ordered this. A dessert pizza with a crunchy crust that feels like candy. The marshmallow is a nice accent. So that's all for now. I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but I was very satisfied as the beer and food were delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. I definitely want to try the highball next time.
