恵比寿駅西口から徒歩四分の繁華街を少し中に入った路地にあるビル地下で営業している焼肉店です。
先方の都合で打ち合わせ時間がお昼にズレたのでお詫びにと先方の会社近くのこの店に予約を入れてくれました。
先方二名とこちらの二名の四名で訪れました。
お店は外観も素敵でしたが、お忍びで来れるような雰囲気で個室に通されました。
限定10食のおススメのメニュー『贅沢切り落としのKABUTO御膳』1200円をすでに予約してくれていたようです。
Ａ5佐賀牛の最高級のお肉のサーロイン、ロース、希少部位などを切る際に出る形成できない部分を集めているので、かなりお得な御膳であることは間違いがなく、すぐ10食無くなることも必須で納得です。
お肉の前にサラダは鮮度抜群で美味しいです、スープはしっかりとした味付けで美味しいです。
切り身がなかなかのボリュームでミディアム程度に焼いて食べると、とろけます！脂はくどくないのであっという間に完食でした。
お肉は最高のものを食べれるので、次回は夜に会食をお願いしたくなりました。
