恵比寿駅から少し歩いたところにあるお好み焼き屋さん。恵比寿郵便局の近くです。
ランチタイムに伺いました。頂いたのは恵比寿スペシャルというお好み焼きです。そば肉玉のお好み焼きに、海老、イカ、イカ天、ネギかけの豪華なお好み焼きで、値段は1800円です。
生地の上にのせるキャベツとモヤシは、バッドのようなものの中に、予め一枚分毎にセットしてありました。麺は蒸し麺のようです。海老、イカ、イカ天は全てお好み焼きの上に乗せます。これが、今一つの味の原因です。乗っかってる具材自体も単独で食べてしまうと美味しくありません。イカ天も、お好み焼きの中に入っていると、良い感じに柔らかくなり、加えてその旨味が野菜に浸透して美味しくなるのに、乗っかってるイカ天は正直美味しくありませんでした。
また、お好み焼きの火の通りが均一ではなく、右から食べ始めたのですが、右側は少し冷たい感じで、キャベツにも火が通っていませんでした。一方で、左側は熱々の状態で美味しかったです。
お皿ではなく、熱々の鉄皿だったらまた違ったのかも知れません。
お店の雰囲気や接客は悪くなかっただけに残念でした。
