肩肘張らずに美味しいものを美味しいワインで。
以前銀座にあったグレープ・ガンボみたいな。
そんなビストロを探してますが、コチラはとても
イメージ近いトラットリアでした。
1杯目はデュボネソーダにしたかったのですが
ないとのことでスパークリングに。
自家製レモンチェロがあって、それのソーダ割りも良かったかも。
注文は定番メニューから
・いろいろ貝の白ワイン、レモン
・黒トリュフのスクランブルエッグ
本日のメニューから
・猪の煮込ソース リガトーニ
貝は殻の大きさに比べて身が小さめなのが残念でしたが（蒸しすぎ？）スープが美味しくて。
コレは白ワインだとグラスで注文。
5種類くらいの、うち4種はマイナーな葡萄のものから選びました。
自家製パンに浸すとワインが進みます。
そしてお目当てのスクランブルエッグ。
出来たて熱々の湯気に乗って黒トリュフの香りが立ちのぼりむせ返るようです。
強めの塩味もワイン飲むにはちょうど良く。
そして猪。リガトーニの茹で加減は硬めで好み。
かかっているパルミジャーノも良い感じ。
オススメされた赤もとても香りが良く、当たり。
テーブル間が近いせいか、隣のテーブルの皿のトリュフの香りがコチラまで届いてきます。
今日自重した白トリュフを頼んだらもっと凄いことになるのでしょうか。
会計は料理3品とグラスワイン7杯で@8000ちょい。量も中年オヤジには十分です。
