日比谷線恵比寿駅から徒歩1分のカウンター焼肉店『焼肉一七三（いなみ）』。恵比寿でカウンター焼肉といえば、『おおにし』のイメージがあったが、いつのまにやらおおにしは閉店し、このおおにし出身の方が開いたのが当店だそう。同じく恵比寿に、別邸としてコース焼肉店『焼肉一七三 向山』も営業されている。
訪問日の前日に予約し、2名で訪問。予約が取りやすいのがありがたい。アラカルトで色々と注文。
前菜は、「豆もやしのナムル」と「キムチの盛り合わせ」。スルメイカや山芋のキムチが入るちょっとユニークなキムチ盛り。
ちなみに、当店のお通しはキャベツの千切りで、このドレッシングが暴力的で美味しく、さらにおかわり無料なので正直前菜は要らないくらい。
「ねぎタン塩」は、薄切りで6カット。柔らかく脂の載ったタン塩を、ねぎ塩ダレで。
当店の看板でもある「塊の特上ハラミ」。グラム数を選択でき、今回は100グラム。塊肉がゆえスタッフが調理。表面に火を通し、仕上げに青ねぎをたっぷりと。塩で食べるもよし、辛子醤油で食べるもよし。
ミスジがなく、「特上ミスジ」に。上質な霜降り肉は、大判で4カット。さっと炙るでOK。ぶりんぶりんに脂が載って旨い。
赤身肉から「内もも」。赤身とはいえ、サシが当然の如くビンビンに入っており、ロースよりも上質。ライスを欲するこの日のハイライト。
ホルモン類も食べて、2人で¥14000ちょっと。予約が取りやすく、お肉も美味しい。普段使いにはもってこいな焼肉店である。
