コンクリート調でスタイリッシュな店内
大阪鶴橋で40年以上続く「韓味一」の姉妹店
創業者で女将の「朴 三淳の参鶏湯」が名物
＊丸鶏にもち米を詰め薬膳と煮込んだ宮廷料理
参鶏湯は必ず食べてみてね
丸鶏の旨味が存分に溢れ出てるけどくどさがなく
薬膳の風味が体に良さそうなあっさりめのスープ
ほろほろの鶏は綺麗にほぐしてくれるので
店員さんにお任せしてると大丈夫
一度食べるとまた食べたくなる薬膳料理
あまりこういう料理を食べる機会がないので
未知なる美味しさに心底感動した
参鶏湯がくるまえに頼んでいたのは
「カンジャンセウ」「海鮮チヂミ」「ポッサム」
何を食べても味付けが
絶妙で人気な理由も納得の美味しさ
特に海鮮チヂミはホタテやイカ等の具材が
大きくぎっしり入っていて贅沢な逸品♂️
お酒はマッコリがおすすめ✨
個人的に1番好きな「虎マッコリ」が飲める貴重なお店⭐️
無添加でフレッシュな飲み口が特徴の辛口生マッコリ
少し甘さが欲しい方は「ボクスンドガ」が◎
発泡が強く爽やかな清涼感とフルーティーな甘さから
シャンパンマッコリの異名をもつ最高級生マッコリ
今まで行った韓国料理屋さんとは違った料理に対する繊細さ・丁寧さで宮廷料理を少しだけ知れた気がする
びっくりするぐらい美味しいから

ちなみにオンラインストアもあるよー
お通しでかなり美味しかった「韓国海苔の佃煮」が
瓶詰め販売していて買おうとしたら売り切れてたけど
ネットで買えるって言ってたような…
