暑い暑い日に食欲がないから麺系でと思い、
担々麺いしだへ。
辛いものは、
やっぱり夏に合う！
酸味と甘み、コクのバランスがら良い！
汁なし坦々麺を食べました。
花山椒が入ったご飯と、
サラダ、
汁なし坦々麺で980円はお得に感じます。
汁なし坦々麺は、
置いてあるスープで調整して自分好みの濃度に。
唐辛子、お酢、辣油、花山椒で自由に味が変えられる所もまたいい。
残ったスープに、
花山椒ご飯を入れて酸味を足して、
またまた二度美味しい感じで楽しみました！
この店でしか食べられない坦々麺の味。
特徴があって美味しい。
また行きます。
