大衆酒場「けいじ」で昼営業 |
恵比寿銀座の一本裏筋。小さくてこざっぱりした店の構えは、自分のとても好きな雰囲気 。そして店づくりへのこだわりを感じます。
まずもって出てきた担々麺の見た目の美しさに、これは美味しいに違いないと確信。器もお洒落。コシと粘りのある生パスタを思わせる麺。担々汁は塩気の強い濃い味。具としてパクチーが添えられいます。鶏飯と割りスープが絶品。
自分には担々汁の塩気がかなり強く感じましたが、好き好きかと思います。
