高知県の180日以上じっくり育てた「蔦赤地鶏」なる地鶏を扱うお店。都内では鳥つたさんだけのようです。お任せコースでいただきました。
どの部位を食べてもとても旨みのある地鶏でとてもおいしく、個人的にはせせり、はつ、抱き身が特においしかったです。
素敵なカウンターで、雰囲気もいいし、素敵な焼鳥屋でした！
