ミラノ出身のRivaさんと女性パティシエの坂倉さんがタッグを組み、芸術的なケーキが並ぶLESSさんに伺いました。
恵比寿駅から歩きますが、ガーデンプレイスに向かう道を行けば雨に濡れず楽に移動できます。休日11時オープンと同時に向かい、他のお客様さんはいませんでした。

どれも見た目の美しさに負けることのない、深い味わいのケーキでした。特にピスタチオパリブレストは、濃厚なピスタチオクリームがこれでもかと入っていて、キャラメリゼされたナッツがアクセントとなって、最高の味わいです。ぜひまた伺います。
