A Vietnamese Restaurants right next to Ebisu Station. Immediately from the entrance on the first floor, there are stairs that lead up to the second floor, with a reception in front and a moody interior with dim lighting. The chef has a background in French cuisine Restaurants, so this is modern Vietnamese Cuisine with French cuisine elements added to Vietnamese Vietnamese Cuisine. Since it is originally a Hawaiian restaurant, it also has Hawaiian elements. I was so impressed by how delicious everything I ate was. ▪︎Ahi Toast A typical Hawaiian appetizer with crispy bread topped with large ahi (tuna) and avocado paste, accented with chili and lime. It's delicious, so you should order it first! ! ▪︎Grilled Shrimp This dish is apparently inspired by Hawaiian garlic shrimp, but each shrimp is really big! It goes perfectly with the Vietnamese spicy sauce, and the meat is plump and delicious. ▪︎Andrew's Fried Chicken The fried chicken named after the chef is also big and filling.◎ The slightly sour and spicy sauce coats it well. It's not a date-friendly menu because it gets your hands dirty, but it's really delicious, so I definitely recommend it. ▪︎Clams and Chorizo I thought it was tomato-based, but it's a stew of clams and chorizo with kimchi in it. The chorizo looks like it's homemade, has herbs, and is really delicious! ▪︎Vietnamese Bolognese fettuccine pho was also available, but I decided to order the pasta instead. Are you curious about fettuccine in Vietnamese Cuisine? It looks exactly like Bolognese pasta, but when you eat it, it's an Ethnic Cuisine pasta that has a curry-like flavor and is very interesting. ▪︎Basque Cheesecake There was still some wine left, so I had some Basque cheese to go with it. It was a delicious baschi that was a little firm around the edges and thick and sticky inside. ▪︎P&L Soft Serve Two types of today's flavor Soft serve ice cream. Today it's a mix of Chocolate and apricot. The chocolate is rich, and the apricot is sour and refreshing. ▪︎Drinks There is a wide variety of drinks, including Hawaiian beer. Although it's not on the menu, we also have a wide selection of wine by the glass! There are 2-3 types each of red, white, orange, rosé, and sparkling, so it's nice to be able to choose ♪ You can also drink champagne by the glass. All the dishes were stylish and really delicious! Even though it's called Vietnamese Cuisine, it also has French cuisine and Hawaiian elements, so I think it's easy to eat even for people who don't like Vietnamese Cuisine. The atmosphere of the shop is very moody, so it's perfect for a date. Also recommended for girls' night out.
