恵比寿ガーデンプレイス近くにあるタイ料理のお店。
ランチにて訪問。隣はラーメンの帆のるですね。
店内に入り食券機をチェック。店名にもなているカオソイ一択のつもりでしたが意外とメニューがあってびっくり。
パクチーカオソイを注文！
数分して着丼。卓上にある美味しい食べ方に従って食べることに。
①レモンを絞ってスープと麺をひとくち
揚げ麺と茹で麺の2種類が食感に変化があって面白い！
②焦がしラー油を投入
スープ自体はそこまで辛くはないので味変にぴったりですね。
③最後にライスとさらにラー油
ライス投入は間違いないと思いつつもグッと我慢(笑)
それにしても半ライス30円は安いな
