恵比寿のちょい裏にひっそりと店を構える「TORI TOKYO」。シックで落ち着いた店内に、下引きダクトのしゃれたカウンター。焼き鳥はどれもおいしく、一品料理も美味しい。スタートの段階で「鳥わさありすけど食べます」を聞くのが客単価アップのポイントです笑
ここは毎月定期的に食べに行ってますが、多分火曜日は大将がいなくて2番手?の子が焼いてる。大将の方が表面パリッと具合は上手だけど、応援したいお店です!
