お昼ごはん
■鉄鍋肉定食 肉ミックス¥1,380（税込）
千鳥・大悟がよくテレビで焼肉のタレをジャンジャンかけて、「これが一番美味いんじゃ」とよく目にするが、そんな大悟がこよなく愛しそうな料理だ。
恵比寿駅東口から歩いて5〜6分ほど。多くの飲食店が並ぶ通りにある『つるかめ 恵比寿』。大手外食企業・際コーポレーションの手がけるお店。何度かのリニューアルを経て、現在『鶴亀』として落ち着いている。ちなみに、隣に並ぶ『チョモランマ食堂』も同じく際コーポレーション。メニューもほぼほぼ一緒というお店を並べる、恵比寿の七不思議。
平日の13:00前に訪問。店内は6〜7割の入り。当店のイチオシでもある「鉄鍋肉（テッコーロー）定食」を注文。お肉が、牛バラ・肉ミックス・豚肉の3種類から選べられ、ホルモンも入る肉ミックスでお願いした。
20分ほどで到着。鉄鍋に入るお肉が、ジュウジュウと音を立てて登場。鉄鍋肉は、お店の紹介によると、“ニンニク醤油すき焼き”。ニンニク醤油ダレにまみれたお肉は、そのまま食べてもよし、辛い特製ダレを加えてもよし。強烈なニンニク醤油ダレは、かなり濃く白ごはん必須。いい意味で馬鹿みたいな味笑。濃い味付けが好きな方はヤミツキになるだろう。
すき焼きなので、卵に漬けてももちろん美味い。卵の中にも、辣油のようなタレが入っており、まろやかになるどころか、旨みがアップする。お肉は、柔らかな牛バラと歯応えのある豚ロース、ホルモン類とバラエティ豊か。個人的には、ホルモンは要らなかったかも。野菜類は、キャベツ・細もやしをメインに、ところてんのような弾力のあるこんにゃくが面白い。
味が濃すぎて、口がカラカラになるので、定食に優しい箸休めがあると嬉しいところ。漬物、スープ含め全て醤油味なので笑。しかし、これはヤミツキになる。
