恵比寿の鶏焼肉のお店。
駅からめちゃくちゃ近くてわかりやすい場所にあります。『スタンド富士』の上です。
グルメなお姉様と半年ぶりくらいのディナー。
平日だったので、とにかくアクセスが良く、コスパ良い系を探していたところこちらを発見。
飲み放題付きコースを事前に予約して伺いました。
飲み放題込みで7500円はありがたい！
お店の場所はわかりやすいのですが、エレベーターで3階に上がると、なんと真っ暗。
小さな看板(表札？)があるのでそれを目印にお店に入ります。隠れ家感満載です。
囲炉裏があって店内は暖かく、この寒い時期にピッタリです。
囲炉裏の雰囲気にこだわってるだけでなく、食材も一流。
鶏はト体で仕入れ、朝から捌いているそうです。
臭みが全くなくて新鮮な鶏をいただけます。
牛の焼肉と違って脂がキツくないので全く飽きません。
焼鳥(串)ともまた違う感じで、何とも言えない楽しさがあります。
お肉はどれも美味しく、締めは2種でお腹いっぱい大満足。お酒も美味しかったです。
友達とワイワイしたい時にまた行きます！
