恵比寿駅西口を出て歩いてすぐの場所にあるビッグストーンビル の3Fにお店を構えるファイヤーバード。
焼鳥ではなく鳥焼きが楽しめるお店です。
テーブルにある囲炉裏のような場所で鳥を焼いてそのまま食べることができます。
仕込みからカットまで、こだわり抜いた鳥焼きがとんでもなく旨かったです！
どれも大事に噛み締めて、感動しながら味わいました。
焼鳥屋さんのポーションとは異なるので、焼鳥とは別物です。
個人的にはレバーが好みでした。
隠れ家のようなお店ですが、もっと世の中に知って欲しいなと心から思えるお店でした。
お客さんの入り次第ではスタッフさんが焼いてくださることもあります。
