念願のセリ鍋@ファイヤーバード
以前こちらのお店で食べた時、冬場のセリ鍋のおいしさをスタッフさんに語られて、
行きたいとずっと思っていました。
茨城県に訪問した時、本当においしいセリを食べて以来、築地などでも
セリを購入したのですが、なかなか香りの良いものに出会えなかったのです。
けれども、冬を迎えても行く機会がなく、もはやギリギリあるかないかの3月。
せり鍋は冬の時期。
おそらく1月から2月がベストかも。
金曜日の夕方、今夜行けませんか？
ここに…と食べログURLを送ったところ、快くokしてくださり、訪問することが叶いました。
根っこが長くて、びっくりなセリ！！
香りも高くて美味しい〜大満足です。
コースでお願いしたところ、最初は焼き物もあったし、大満足のディナーとなりました。
ただやっぱり炭火の前だから、顔が熱いのと、まだ夜にzoomによる
セミナーがあったので、お酒は一杯のみしにて後はホットの緑茶だったのですが、
緑茶を飲みすぎて寝付けなくなりました。
お店の方、これを読んだらほうじ茶を置いてくださいね笑笑。
