本日訪れましたのは、
恵比寿で豚料理が楽しめる大衆居酒屋「ハジカミ」
入口からは想像つかないほど店内は奥まっていて、
カウンター席がずらっと並んだ先に、テーブル席があります。
恵比寿駅からも近いので、平日夜でも大賑わいでしたが、
ここでは色んな豚料理や串焼きなどが楽しめちゃいます♪
まず頼みたいのが、「豚刺盛り」
ガツ・タン・ハツ・レバーの豪華４種盛りは低温調理され、食感がたまりません！
個人的には、タンの弾力と滲み出る味わいが抜群でした♪
麻婆茄子も普段食べているものをイメージしていたら大間違い、、
衣でサクッと揚げた特大茄子がゴロっと入っており、濃い目の麻婆に絡めて食べるのが最高でした。
野菜や海老など様々な具材が入ったつくねや、トロトロに煮込まれた塩豚煮込みなど肉料理の豊富さに驚きましたが、
王道のポテサラやアイス最中まで幅広いメニューを取り揃えていて恵比寿で飲む際にはオススメのお店でした。
