もつ煮はサラサラタイプであっさりした味わい、煮崩れした人参、大根、ごぼう、葱が入って旨い
おしんこ盛りはイブリガッコ、千成ひょうたんしば漬
白菜と珍しいおしんこ盛り、とても旨かった
お通しの枝豆も普通に旨い、この店当たりかも
ビールに次は焼酎「朝日［黒糖］お湯割り539円
串焼きはじっくり火を通しているので時間がかかる
3杯目は「和乃春雨お湯割」539円、これも旨かった
串焼登場、カシラ、タン、ハツ、ハラミ、シロの5本
これを辛い味噌ダレで食べる、味噌が最高に美味い
隣客が飲んでいた日本酒「九頭竜 逸品」759円を追加
全て美味しくいただいた

夜訪店でツマミと酒が美味かったのでランチに行った
14:10入店、先客12名、後客2名、1人客は自分を含めて5名と多い印象

注文したのはランチメニューから「ホルモン煮込み定食」1000円

ホルモン、千切りキャベツの量が多い
ポテサラ、お新香、豚汁付
ホルモンは味が濃い、豚汁は具沢山
ご飯が足りないくらい、おかずが多いね
隣客がご飯お代わりしていたので無料みたいだ
羽釜炊きご飯で、とても美味い
ホルモン煮込みはやはり酒のお供で定食だとくどい
今度は生姜焼きかスタミナ定食を食べてみよう
