最近流行りの間借りカレー屋さん。至るところで見かけるようになりましたよね。今回は恵比寿にある間借りカレーの東京コロンボさんに伺いました。こちらのお店はスポーツバーのパブリック ハウス エピローグさんを間借りして営業しています。
スポーツバーなのであちこちでスポーツ試合の映像が流れていて昼間でも飲みに来た気分にさせられます。ランチタイムを過ぎていたのでお客さんも少なく窓際の席で遅いランチをいただいてきました。
◆ サクふわ穴子の檸檬マサラ ¥1400
金土日だけの週末限定メニューがあるんです。それがこの檸檬マサラなんです。檸檬も気になるし、週末限定というのもそそられるのでオーダーしてみました。
さらに穴子のトッピングもできるということで、僕の中ではカレーと穴子と檸檬って合うのだろうかと疑問ありつつも面白そうだな思って頼んでしまいました。出てきたカレーは真ん中に穴子一本がドカンと盛りつけてあります。穴子の天ぷらですでにカレーに浸かっていましたね。
ご飯の上にはゆで卵、脇にはアチャールも乗っています。カレーは見た目ほど辛くなくてピリ辛な感じですね。檸檬の酸味が効いているから全体的に爽やかな風味のカレーに仕上がっていましたよ。
◆ ドリンクセット¥200
ドリンクセットはコーヒーや塩レモンラッシーが選べます。これまた珍しいので塩レモンラッシーをオーダーしちゃいました。こちらもやはりレモンが効いているからかさっぱりしていますね。甘さ控えめな感じのラッシーですかね。
