コロンボカレーって
お昼。東京は朝一の雨が上がり、すっかり真夏の暑さ。
今日は恵比寿。
なんか、蕎麦の気分だったけど、こちらの看板見てかわいい猫のキャラクター。
コロンボカレー？。良くわからない。入るしかない。
コロンボカレー、ライス大盛り。
待ってるとスパイスラックとランチョンマット登場。
詳しくはそこを拝見。
カリブのカレー。。。後の説明は省きます。
来ました。見た目美味しそうな感じがします。
サラッとしたルーです。
とりあえず食べるとスパイスの風味と旨味が溢れる。
これ美味い奴だ。ライスとルーの配分に気をつけて食べる。豚肉はトロトロでまた美味い!辛さはそれほどではない。
で、味変にスパイスふりかけかける。更に美味い。
ヤバい美味い。
次に、旨辛オニオンかける、またまた美味い。
なかなか、カレー。
これは美味い奴でした。
これはハマる一品だ。

さて。今日は恵比寿。日曜日の山登りご飯どうするかひたすら考え中w。
営業は雨の日に弱いです。
ただ意外とやる事あり訪問。意外と、会えて結論取れたからまぁいいのかな。
お昼。今日は２回目のコロンボカレー。前回はプレーンだったので、今回はデラックス＋角煮一個＋大盛り。
来ました。具沢山。
さてカレー。なんかここのサラッとしたルーがすきなんですよね。結構スパイシー。
角煮はホロホロで美味しい。
野菜のフリットも悪くない。
卓上スパイスを投入。爽やかさが増します。
あっという間に完食。
