恵比寿にあるLamb Uに行ってきました！
恵比寿駅から徒歩30秒の所にあるラム肉専門の焼肉屋さんです。
ラム肉はオーストラリア産のものを使用しており、希少部位を含む10種類が提供されていました。また、お酒の種類も70種類と豊富に用意されており、ラム肉とのマリアージュを楽しむことができます！
・とろラムユッケ
大きな黄身がのったラム肉のユッケをいただきました。
自家製のユッケダレが濃厚で美味でした〜
・お肉5種盛り合わせ
肩ロース、マトン、ヒレ、シビレなどの豪華なお肉の盛り合わせをいただきました。
ラム肉は臭みが全く無くて、柔らかい肉質でした。牛肉と比べてさっぱりしているので、胃もたれせずに食べれます。
赤ワインと相性良かったです！
・ハンバーグ
熱々の鉄板にのせて提供されるハンバーグステーキをいただきました。
ラム肉の旨みが凝縮されており、肉汁あふれる逸品でした。
・ガーリックユッケチャーハン
ユッケ肉とチャーハンをかき混ぜていただける逸品。
ガーリックが効いていて、香ばしいチャーハンでした。
