恵比寿駅からすぐの場所にあるラム肉専門店。
ラムが大好きなお友達と二人でディナーに
行ってきました。
(あるインスタグラマーさんの投稿でチェックしていたのがきっかけ)
お昼過ぎからお友達と会ったので、場所をまず確認して(笑)&ランチメニューもしっかりチェックして❗
恵比寿や代官山お散歩した後
お店の開店時間5時にサクッと
西口バスロータリーのすぐそばで、大変、
便利な場所にあります。
お店は手前がカウンター席、奥にテーブル席3つほどと、
そこまで広くはないお店ですが、
おしゃれな雰囲気で、素敵。
奥のテーブルに案内されました。
コース6000円と迷いましたが、気になるメニューを
頼もうと、アラカルトに。
オーダーしたメニュー

(マトンロース、肩ロース、ランプ、ヒレ、ラムタンでした)

１人6000円とちょっと。
お酒入ってこんな食べたいの、食べてかなり、満足
まず、、、
ビジュアル良かった、前菜的炙りとろラムユッケ。
初めて食べるラム肉のユッケ。ドキドキ
見た目は牛のユッケと変わらない。
黄身を とろりんちょして、
まぜまぜしていただきます。
ん～♥️美味しい❗️
ラム臭さが全くなくて、とても美味しい‼️
いや、、、ラム肉の匂いは多少するけど、
また、それが癖になる感じ。ウマウマ❗
おまかせ ラム肉。
部位による 食べ比べが できたので
とても楽しくいただけました。
特にラムのタンは、初めて食べたので
どういうものかと思いましたが、
食感は牛と変わらない、あのサクコリ感。
少しラム肉の香りがするかなといった感じでした。
ヘルシーで最高です。
あと、 どの部位も非常に柔らかで、
食べやすくすごく美味しかったです。
備え付けのタレと西洋山葵洋が合いました。
とくに、ラムロースとヒレが好きな部位でした。
次にインスタでチェックしていた、
飲めるラムバーグ♥️これこれ❗️❗️❗️
中がレアで、自分で焼いていただきます。
トリュフポン酢が最高に合い、
白ご飯が食べたくなりました❗
こちらはランチメニューにあるので、
気軽にランチでこれをいただくのも
アリかもしれませんね
いや、ラム肉と思えないような臭みないハンバーグ。

ここに来て、またもやユッケがあると言う
黄身好きな私はテンション上がります
アツアツの石焼の器の中で、
まぜまぜして、少し置くと、
おこげがよくできて、カリカリ。
めちゃくちゃ美味しかったぁ❗
これ〆にめちゃくちゃおすすめです。
ドリンク2杯飲んで結果6000円ちょっとだったので
コースもいいですが、アラカルトもあり。
ラム肉は、たらふく食べてもヘルシーだし、
体にもよいということで、二人で大満足して帰りました
ご馳走様でした
