The seasoning is wonderful, and it doesn't taste like lamb, so it breaks down my concept of mutton in a good way. I also enjoyed some unusual cuts such as the lamb tongue. The lamb Steak was also delicious. Sauce and mountain wasabi are served as condiments, and this mountain wasabi went perfectly with the lamb.
