恵比寿横丁内にある焼肉・ホルモンのお店です。
恵比寿駅から少し歩くけど、食べログ人気店の「虎の穴」の系列店だそうです。
●上タン
ちょっとカットが小さいかなっていう思うけど、タンの旨味を凝縮されていて、咀嚼する度に口の中が牛タンまみれ。
●ダメ人間セット
上ハラミ（タレ）とチャンジャと韓国海苔をご飯に乗せて、ひたすら食べる料理です。
色んな味、色んな食感がミックスしてとても食べやすい。「虎の穴」では主に〆に食べることがかな〜。
お通しに出してもらったナムルやローストビーフがとても美味しく、さすが人気店の系列店と思いました。
場所は恵比寿横丁の奥の方にあるので穴場かな、次回はホルモン鍋のシーズンに行きます！
