This is a shop near Ebisu Garden Place, near the Westin. It's small and the seats are quite comfortable. I visited for the Shanghai crab course. You can enjoy Shanghai crab in a variety of ways, starting with Shanghai crab pickled in Shaoxing wine, assorted appetizers (without Shanghai crab), Xiaolongbao with Shanghai crab, and shark fin with Shanghai crab sauce. The fish dish was monkfish in a spicy and sour sauce, but if it had been a Shanghai crab dish, it might have been even more satisfying. Shime's Shanghai Crab Sauce Fried Rice had a happy taste, but it was similar to the shark fin sauce. Dessert is Shaoxing wine pudding. This didn't feel like a feature. disappointing. I think the shark fin was the best dish overall. For tea, I had Pu'er tea. You can also enjoy hot spring water, which will satisfy your stomach. There were no amuse-bouche or tea sweets. Well, the first Riesling I received was delicious, but I was a little concerned that they didn't show me the bottle (etiquette). After the first glass of Shaoxing wine, which you received in a bottle, you can pour it yourself. In addition to this, there were a number of other concerns regarding the service, such as the lack of course menus. Since it's in this price range, I would like to see a more professional service.
