サウナも入れる面白居酒屋！ここの天ぷらが超本格的でした！！
恵比寿に出来たサウナをしながら飲めるお店として話題のこちらの新店舗にお邪魔しました！！
今週からサウナ営業も開始みたいです。
外観からもわかるとおりとってもオシャレです！
カウンター席に奥にはテーブル席もあります。
カウンター席の作りも良い！！
ビールは東京クラフト！爽やかで良い味！
蕎麦茶割りもしっかり蕎麦風味でよかった！
グラスに書かれているのはなんだ？と思いました？
ベジータ？なんだろう？？
今日は夜他の予定も入っていたので、サクっと利用だったので天ぷらを、海老、子持ち昆布、シャインマスカットを注文！
本格的な天ぷらでどれも驚きです、しかもシャインマスカットなんて！！レアで面白い。
もう一つ素晴らしいのはお通しのクオリティの高さ
・蕎麦粥
・チーズ豆腐
・大根の天ぷら
この３つを頂きました！！
蕎麦粥初めて頂いたかも、優しい味わいでそしてお腹に溜まる！蕎麦の実がふんだんに入ってるし凄い上品なお料理
大根の天ぷらは一回煮込んでるから味が染み染み！！
サクッとした食感のあとにジュワーっと味の染み込んだ大根がとっても美味しい！これはおまけで付いてくるのに凄いレベル高い！！
・車海老の天ぷら
有頭でとっても立派！！プリプリで美味しいー
天ぷらの漬けダレは種類豊富で選べて楽しいです。
海老にはタルタルソースをオススメされました。
・子持ち昆布
サクッの後にプチプチ食感、食感も楽しい！
・シャインマスカットの天ぷら
フルーツの天ぷらってと思って注文。これが意外にも美味しく感動しました！
天ぷらは出来たてほやほやを順番に運んで下さるので、どれも熱々な状態で食べられます！
凄い本格的な天ぷらでビックリでした！
次回はお蕎麦も食べたいな！
また伺います、御馳走様でした！！
