金曜の19時ごろに予約して訪問
お客さんは自分らのみで後から数人入っている感じでした。
お店はオープンしたばかりとのことで清潔感がありました！カウンター席がメインで目の前が厨房になっていて、この日は研修とのことで店員さんがたくさんいました笑
2回がサウナになっていてこちらは予約制とのことで、一回が居酒屋になっています。
こちらのお店では長野県信濃町の蕎麦が食べれるとのこと☝️
麺は太麺、細麺があり、食べ比べることができる
天ぷらがのメニューが豊富で、シャインマスカットの天ぷらが気になりました
自分が大好きな信濃町の蕎麦を都内で食べれるとは知らなかったので最高でした！！！
