サウナと蕎麦屋が合体した今注目のお店。
2階にあるサウナでしっかりと整えてから1階の居酒屋で蕎麦を楽しむ。
そんなサウナ好きには夢のようなお店が恵比寿は駒沢通り沿いにできたのです。
クラウドファウンディングでも見ていたお店でずっと行きたかったものですから、ベストタイミングでお仕事仲間の社長さんからお誘いを受けてご一緒させていただきました。
店内に入ると笑顔がとっても素敵なスタッフさんがお出迎え。
少し遅れて到着したのでとりあえずビールで乾杯です！
グラスにはエモい文字でサウナーと書かれていて雰囲気抜群。
お通しでチーズどうふとスープがついてきて嬉しいです。
これがまた美味ですね。
続いてレモンサワーにきりかえ、天ぷらをいただきます。
えびや大根おでんの天ぷら、ホタテなどどれもサックサクでいい揚げ加減。
大とろ茄子の天ぷらが特に絶品でどハマりしちゃいましたよ。
黄身酢と胡麻クリームとバルサ味噌の三種類のソースがついてきて、どれも美味でございます。
個人的におすすめは黄身酢とえびのコンビネーションが良き！
刺身盛りもお願いして
クエ、ぶり、マグロ、しめ鯖、さわらが入って一人前980円とお得。
クエ入ってますからね。
メニューを見て気になったオロポ言うなのドリンク。
サウナ愛好家に愛されているアフターサウナの定番ドリンク。
オロナミンCでポカリスウェット割ったドリンクで、サウナ浴で失われた水分・ビタミン・ミネラル・塩分・糖分を同時補給できます。
サウナー界では“ととのいメンテナンスドリンク”と言われています。
とのこと。
これがなかなか旨いしお酒入っててもスイスイ飲めちゃって癖になります。
サウナ出た後にこれ飲んだら最高ですね。
最後は、おそばで。
名物の鴨そば2000円に追加でしらすとカラスミ両方入ったしらすみそば1780円をお願いします。
このそばが度肝を抜くうまさで十割蕎麦でして、蕎麦粉のいい香りを楽しみながら旨い鴨とその出汁を思う存分楽しみながら味わえるのでたまらんですね。
この日はお酒飲んでからはサウナは入れないので、事前に予約をしてことになりそうですが、帰る前に店長さんにサウナの部屋を見せてもらいました。
すごく綺麗でコンパクトなのにしっかりとソロサウナを楽しめそう。
ドライヤーもダイソン。
細部にこだわりを感じる高級サウナですね。
