■概要 ここ最近流行りのサウナ。ととのった後の一杯はどこで飲むかお困りの方も多いのではないかと思う。
この店はサウナ一体型の居酒屋で、2階にあるサウナで整った後に、1階の居酒屋で飲むことができる。
もちろん、居酒屋のみの利用もできる。
居酒屋は蕎麦居酒屋を謳っており、蕎麦を使った料理や蕎麦が食べられる。
■感想 ととのった後の一杯は格別である。この日は、男三人でサウナでととのった後に利用した。ビールも行きたいところだったが、フローズンポカリを使用したオロポに目を奪われて注文。キンキンに冷えたオロポがととのった身体を冷やしてくれた。
店内は、サウナをモチーフにしつつ、インスタ映えしそうな店内で若者をターゲットにしている感じがした。
カップルもちらほら来店していた。
まずは前菜が登場。
そばの実を使ったお粥と大根の天ぷら。
2品出てくるとは中々気が利いている。
お粥は薄味だが、蕎麦の味が感じられる味わいでグッド。大根の天ぷらは、味の染みた大根が水々しくてこれまたグッド。最初から期待感が込み上げてくる。
居酒屋で絶対頼むポテトサラダもよかった。
普通のポテトサラダではなく、そばの実が入っており食感がよい。
あとは、締めで食べた蕎麦。蕎麦を押しているだけあって、コシがしっかりした蕎麦で食べ応え十分であった。
他にもおすすめしたい料理ばかりなので、是非使ってみてほしい。
またととのいに行きたいと思います。
