先日、このお店で蕎麦のランチを頂きました。何といっても印象的だったのは、かいわれ大根、ミョウガ、柔らかいササミのトッピングでした。これらの具材が蕎麦と見事にマッチし、素材の新鮮さが感じられる絶品の一杯でした。
ササミの低温調理が特に素晴らしかった点を挙げておきたいと思います。
