お昼ごはん
■ブロッコリーイカアンチョビスパゲッティー¥1650（税込）
恵比寿の羊肉イタリアン『ティスカリ』。北海道産の良質な国産仔羊と新鮮野菜料理を堪能できるイタリアン。酒井伸吾氏という羊飼いの方が北海道白糠町で運営する『羊まるごと研究所』より半頭仕入れているそう。
今回は、平日ランチに訪問。ランチタイムは、水木金土のみの営業。ランチメニューは、看板である羊肉料理3つと、羊を使っていない週替わりパスタメニュー2つ、スープ料理1つのラインナップ。注文したのは、週替わりパスタから、「ブロッコリーイカアンチョビスパゲッティー」。見るからにセンスがいい組み合わせ。そう、以前当店を通りがかった際に、店前の看板でこのパスタメニューのセンスの良さに惹かれ気になっていたのです。
まずは、サラダとフォカッチャ。サラダはミートボールやポークハムが入り、野菜もフレッシュで美味しい。注文から17〜18分でパスタが到着。オイルベースにアンチョビの塩み、イカの肝の苦み、ブラックペッパーの辛味などが一体化し、非常に美味しいひと品。麺もしっかりアルデンテ。量もしっかりあって、食べ応えもある。
これで¥1200〜1300だったらもっと最高だが、恵比寿立地を考えれば致し方ないところ。次は夜に羊肉を食べに行ってみよう。
